Padar society is divided between reformists led by the King and traditionalist elements led by the High Priest who opposes the country's advancement into the high-tech age. Lupin and company travel to Padar to track down Princess Dolma and steal the Bloody Teardrop, as does Fujiko with a grudging Ami in tow.
